Changing jobs, becoming self-employed, or quitting your job. 2. Purchasing any large items on credit such as cars, appliances, or furniture. 3. Use existing credit cards excessively or fall behind on payments. 4. Spending funds that have been set aside for closing costs. 5. Omitting debt or liabilities from your mortgage application. 6. Establishing new items of credit within 60 days of closing. 7. Making any large deposits before checking with Home Loan Advisor. 8. Closing any bank accounts or changing banks. 9. Initiating any new inquiries into credit. 10.
