Chad Jampedro


President Chad Jampedro is an accomplished mortgage banking and real estate industry executive with more than 16 years of production and leadership experience at GSF Mortgage Corporation. He began his mortgage career in 2001 at GSF Mortgage Corporation as a top producing sales associate, then quickly moved on to marketing, eventually securing several leadership roles in the business. From 2005 to 2011, he served as GSF Mortgage Corporation’s Managing Vice President. He was then named Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the direct marketing, production and secondary marketing departments for the company. In 2012, he was named President of GSF Mortgage Corporation.  He is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College. The married father of two resides in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

Debbie Beier

Chief Operating Officer

Debbie Beier has been with GSF Mortgage Corporation since 2008. In her current position as COO, Beier manages all of the company’s day-to-day operations. She started her mortgage career at GSF Mortgage Corporation as an account executive, building the company’s wholesale division, and has held varying positions in the industry throughout her career, including jobs in sales and the wholesale and retail channels. She has won the Best in Leadership award from the Milwaukee Chapter of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. Outside of GSF Mortgage Corporation, Beier has been a Girl Scout Troop leader for the past decade; she also serves on the advisory board at Lenders One.

Bruce Olster

Executive Vice President

Bruce Olster started at GSF Mortgage Corporation in October, 2014 as the Director of Capital Market & Corporate Development. Olster has held various leadership positions throughout his extensive career in the financial services and mortgage industries. He specializes in managing, growing and financing specialty financial and mortgage companies. Olster holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, a law degree from Dickinson Law School and also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Olster was CEO and co-founder of NattyMac LLC, a nationwide mortgage warehouse company that served single- and multi-family independent mortgage bankers. Olster is now primarily responsible for the oversight of the GO Mortgage Single Close Construction to Perm product offering. He also is responsible for all counter party relationships including GSE’s, GNMA, Warehouse Lenders and broker dealers.
